This documentation provides information about the integration methods available with inCase.
Introduction
We provide a number of integration methods for you to use, we recommend that you start with a basic Email Integration and once happy with how things work, move to the highest level of integration that your case management system allows.
By starting with an email integration, you can get a feel for how the system works and what is possible before dedicating time and resource into full integration.
